The rooms are extremely spacious and the bathrooms are amazing. the hotel offers a good breakfast for great value, along with exceptional service. the staff is professional and the location is good, being close to J Time Christian Book Store.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to meet our needs. the location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and downtown. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. We appreciated the variety of breakfast options available, including vegetarian and vegan choices. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed at Bog Urban for a short term stay and it was perfect. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with hot water. The room had a convenient mini-bar and the breakfast had a nice selection. The staff were kind, helpful, and patient with my broken Spanish. The hotel is tucked into a residential area, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to transportation services and within walking distance of many places. The hotel even arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport, relieving my travel stress. I also bonded with the staff over our shared love of airplanes.

The location of the hotel is convenient to Univers Nacional area with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. the room service was exceptional, and our breakfast was fresh and tasty. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed using the leisure facilities, especially the pool. As young families, we appreciated having a playground for our children to play in.

The elevator was a bit slow.
